I'm Karol Songin, the person behind EfiOps. I'm based in Maidstone, Kent, and combine operational analysis with hands-on software development.

My work starts with how things happen.
In operational work, a useful report needs more than attractive charts. A workflow needs more than a successful test run. An application needs to fit the people using it.
That experience shapes how I approach EfiOps projects: understand the process, identify the difficult part and build the improvement that will be useful in practice.
From production data to business websites.
My experience includes planning and analytics applications, Power BI reports, SQL investigations, workflow and machine-data automation, business websites and practical AI projects.
I've also worked on camera-based fruit measurement and defect identification, and I'm developing voice and structured AI integration inside an operational application.
EfiOps brings those skills together for businesses that need clearer information, connected systems or a stronger online presence.
