How EfiOps handles your information.

This notice explains how EfiOps, operated by Karol Songin, handles personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at karol@efiops.com.

Enquiries

When you contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. We use them to understand your enquiry, reply and discuss a possible project.

How the website works

The website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiries are processed through Supabase. These services process technical information needed to deliver pages, protect the service and handle enquiries.

Why information is used

We use enquiry details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to respond to business enquiries under our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers. We do not automatically subscribe website enquirers to marketing emails.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify. Website enquiries and dashboard authentication are handled by Supabase, with the project database in the London region (eu-west-2). Hosting, authentication, support and other provider operations may involve processing outside the UK. Where applicable, provider data-processing terms and recognised transfer safeguards apply. Database region alone does not mean that all provider processing stays in the UK.

Keeping information

Enquiries marked as not proceeding are deleted, together with their associated notes and activity, after 30 days through scheduled cleanup. Active enquiries are kept while discussions continue. Records needed for an agreed project, accounting or a legal obligation are handled separately; this 30-day policy applies to unsuccessful enquiries.

Provider information

Read the Netlify privacy policy and Supabase privacy policy for information about their services. Provider backups have their own retention periods; deleting an enquiry from the live database does not mean every backup copy disappears immediately.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand website use and count accepted enquiries. Google may process online identifiers, page visits, device/browser information and approximate location. We do not include your enquiry details in the analytics events we send. Analytics is separate from saving your enquiry and is not required to contact us.

Google may process information outside the UK under its applicable service and transfer arrangements. Read Google’s privacy policy. You can accept, reject or withdraw analytics consent through the cookie controls. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation in our tag configuration.

Website enquiries and marketing

Website enquiries are saved in Supabase and reviewed by Karol. Submitting this form does not add you to GoHighLevel or start an automated marketing campaign.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, depending on the circumstances. Contact karol@efiops.com to ask about your information. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

This notice was last reviewed on 2026-10-04. We update it when our use of information changes.
